Theorem is a full service architecture and design-build firm, known for its thoughtful design, craftsmanship and details. We view architecture as a collaborative process between the architect and the client. Our initial process focuses on the wishes/dreams from the client, their lifestyle, and their site location. In melding these ideas through brainstorming sessions and design iterations; space and form begin to organically reveal themselves to create a uniquely individualized design.
construction
Theorem adheres to a building science driven approach to construction. We’re hyper-sensitive to the life of the structure and the health and comfort of the people who live and visit our buildings. We focus on architecturally driven projects from the small residential remodel to more robust commercial new builds.
design-build
We believe there is no better way to construct our client’s vision than with our own people. Every member of our team is involved throughout the entire process. Our design-build clients are able to collaborate with architect and builder from initial design sketches to handing over the keys to their finished project.
