Theorem employs state of the art technology to produce projects at a level of efficiency and quality equal to much larger firms, while maintaining our ability to provide the personal attention that our clients require and we ourselves desire. Theorem employs high end digital modeling software, ArchiCAD, which allows us to digitally build our projects before they are into the construction phase. This effort of Building Information Modeling (BIM) enables architects and engineers to design around real world conditions and materials. This type of accuracy when designing with the 3D modeling software, along with our first hand construction experience, helps to eliminate problems during the construction phase with materials, methods and equipment congruancies. This not only enhances our design accuracy, but allows us to analyze quatitative based elements, such as energy efficiency; and allows for the client and public to understand the spacial dimensions of projects.
